Overview

Chief Architect role based in Daresbury, United Kingdom. You will lead the architectural vision, strategy, and execution for Ivanti’s most complex and mission-critical projects. You will define and maintain the architectural integrity of our systems, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate with executive leadership, engineering teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

What You Will Do

• Define and maintain the overall architectural vision and strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Lead the design and review of complex systems and solutions.
• Establish architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams on architectural decisions.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Oversee the integration of new systems with existing infrastructure.
• Conduct architectural reviews and provide technical oversight.

What You'll Be Bringing

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software or systems architecture.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, complex projects.
• Expertise in modern technology stacks and architectural patterns.
• Strong understanding of security, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in team development, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven leadership and people management experience at a senior level.
