In this role, you will strategically manage and develop our accounts within the Automotive Sector, building relationships with senior stakeholders from large multinational organisations and demonstrating how our product supports their sustainability and supply-chain strategies and ongoing projects through data and insight.ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementManage a portfolio of client accounts to agreed KPIs with a focus on customer satisfaction, service delivery and contract renewalMaintain regular communication with clients through face-to-face meetings and other channelsOwn and lead high-profile, complex client relationships; develop strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers; define and own the customer contract strategyAssist the Head of Customer Success in revenue forecasting within the portfolio; ensure account development plans reflect the customer's strategic directionProduce weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports for the portfolio to the Head of Customer SuccessOversee all commercial aspects of the agreed portfolioClient DevelopmentExtend the existing portfolio of NQC products and services within client accounts and increase potential revenueMaintain understanding of the client's business sector to devise engagement strategies and identify growth opportunitiesManage commercial opportunities within the portfolio and oversee the development of each client accountService DeliveryOversee the successful delivery of services to client accounts, focusing on high levels of customer satisfactionCollaborate with internal NQC teams (Product Development & Assurance, Project Management, Service Delivery & Support)Work with internal teams to assess and refine processes to drive improvements, enhance service and increase profit marginsRequirementsExcellent written and verbal English communication skills; additional languages are a plusExperience working in a customer-focused B2B environmentExperience developing strategic client relationships with senior stakeholders in a software environmentExcellent presentation skills and ability to create engaging material for diverse audiencesPassion for sustainability and engaging others on this topicBenefitsCompetitive salary packageHybrid working policy (60% office-based)Private Pension / Salary Sacrifice scheme25 days holiday (increasing with service) + bank holidaysEnhanced Maternity and Paternity LeaveHealth Cash PlanLearning & Development through Udemy24/7 Virtual GP accessLife Assurance (4 x Salary after 6 months)YuLife – employee discounts and wellbeing platformRegular company socials & eventsSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionOtherIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
