We’re hiring for a Client Manager to join our Addressable Team in London.
Purpose of the Role:
The purpose of this role is to support and manage the client\'s business, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. As a key intermediary between the client’s business goals and effective advertising campaign execution, this role aims to foster a successful partnership and achieve positive outcomes. The Client Manager is responsible for strategically planning and managing campaigns, optimizing performance, and keeping clients informed and satisfied while driving meaningful business results.
To success, the client manager will collaborates with colleagues and local markets within dentsu to meet client service needs, evaluates reports, and other research tools to provide insights and support ideation, coordinates projects to ensure we meet the clients objectives and deadlines within budget, assists the Client Manager and team with client liaison and administration, engages with clients to support communication and service delivery, researches new market trends for planning, and monitors sales data to assess plan effectiveness and address issues as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Client and Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships by understanding their goals and addressing concerns promptly. Educate clients on paid media best practices, industry trends, and new opportunities, and provide strategic advice to help achieve their marketing objectives.
- Campaign Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies tailored to client needs. Oversee budget allocation and optimization to maximize performance, ensuring spending aligns with client goals. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, prepare and present regular reports with actionable insights, and solve issues as they arise.
- Internal Collaboration and Market Insight: Work closely with creative and buying teams to ensure consistent and effective campaign execution. Stay informed about industry trends and market changes to keep strategies relevant and competitive. Maintain accurate documentation and handle administrative tasks related to campaign management, including contracts, approvals, and invoicing.

- You have experience working in Programmatic environment (preferably hands-on).

What we offer
This is a permanent role.
The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office every Tuesday and Thursday.
