OverviewJob Title: Peer Support Worker Team LeadDuration: for 6 months initially with a view to review after this time for a further 18 monthsTerms: £14.53 an hour for 16 hours a week for 6 monthsCompany DescriptionEmotion Dysregulation in Autism is a registered mental health charity for autistic young people aged 12-25. The company delivers peer support, training, and social action and is located in West Midlands. We aim to provide an inclusive environment for both employees and the young people we serve, with an emphasis on collaboration and empathy.Role DescriptionThis is a Part Time hybrid Peer Support Worker Team Lead role located in West Midlands, with flexibility for some remote work. The Peer Support Worker Team Lead will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Peer Support Workers, organizing and facilitating support groups for autistic young people, maintaining communication with external stakeholders, and ensuring program quality.
