The Role

This is a superb opportunity to join a top tier national firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals. Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Clinical Negligence department, it is now seeking to appoint a Solicitor/Legal Executive to take on excellent cases and work on them from inception to trial. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a caseload of Clinical Negligence claims, investigating cases from inception to completion, ensuring cases are progressed in a timely, efficient and proactive manner and meeting all KPI targets set by the firm. The firm currently has a team of experts and is keen to speak to likeminded people who are passionate about Clinical Negligence and client care.

The Candidate

• Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Legal Executive handling own caseload (NQ - 8 years PQE)
• Litigation experience and knowledge of the Damages Claims Portal is desirable
• Prioritise and manage a varied caseload
• Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent client care skills
