In this role, you will manage your own caseload while assisting senior solicitors on more intricate claims. You’ll handle cases from start to finish, using your commercial and analytical skills to identify key issues, propose practical solutions, and deliver the best outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage your own caseload and assist senior solicitors on more intricate claims.
  • Handle cases from start to finish, identifying key issues and proposing practical solutions.
  • Deliver the best outcomes for clients using commercial and analytical skills.

Qualifications

  • A Solicitor with 1+ years PQE in Medical Negligence.
  • Experienced in managing high-value, multi-track cases.
  • Confident taking instructions and providing practical, client-focused advice.
  • Skilled at assisting seniors with complex claims while maintaining responsibility for your own files.
