Are you ready to drive revenue growth and optimize performance across multiple hotel sites? Brightstar Hospitality Management is looking for a proactive and dynamic Cluster Revenue Manager to join our Revenue & Distribution team.

What you’ll be doing here is ideal for an analytical, commercially minded professional with a passion for data-driven decision-making and strategic collaboration.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement pricing, selling, and inventory strategies to optimize profitability across multiple hotels.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities and refine existing strategies.
  • Align revenue strategies with the broader business goals of each hotel.

Yield Management

  • Monitor occupancy rates and forecast demand accurately.
  • Provide support to the hotels in adjusting room rates and availability in real time based on market trends.
  • Analyse booking patterns to anticipate demand and identify trends or anomalies.

Market Analysis & Competitive Benchmarking

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of competitors’ pricing and market positioning.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to forecast future demand.
  • Prepare detailed reports on revenue performance, market trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and present actionable recommendations.
  • Provide regular updates to Revenue Directors and hotel owners.

Demand Calendar Management

  • Create and maintain a demand calendar, incorporating seasonality, local events, and historical data.
  • Anticipate and plan for demand changes, updating the calendar as market conditions evolve.

Room Rates & Distribution Management

  • Ensure price parity and accuracy across all distribution channels.
  • Analyse distribution channel performance and refine strategies accordingly.

Who We’re Looking For

Experience

  • At least 1 year in a revenue management role (single-site, on-property, or as a revenue analyst).
  • Proven ability to analyse data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Strong hotel industry knowledge and experience.

Skills

  • Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera, RMS Cloud, Brilliant, or Room Master.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with teams.
  • Commercially minded with a knack for spotting trends and training others.
