We're seeking a Commercial Director to lead commercial strategy across regulated, high-value projects in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. This senior leadership role offers strategic influence, commercial ownership, and the opportunity to shape delivery in GMP-compliant environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive commercial performance across pharma construction and engineering projects
  • Lead contract negotiation, cost control, and risk management
  • Support tender processes and ensure compliance with sector standards
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to optimise profitability and delivery
  • Mentor commercial teams and embed best practices

Candidate Profile

  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
  • RICS Chartered with NEC contract experience
  • Proven leadership in pharmaceutical or life sciences construction
  • Strong in cost analysis, subcontract management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience with cleanroom, laboratory, or manufacturing facility builds
