Overview

A local authority based in South London is seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer for an initial period of three months.

Responsibilities

• Handle a complex caseload as the Commercial Property Lawyer for the authority.
• Experience dealing with education and academies for land dealings including foundations, schools and development experience for large scale housing stock transfer.
• Estate ballot experience is advantageous.
• Local authority experience is essential.
• Attend the office 2 days per week for the first 2 months.

Requirements

• Over 18 months experience for the same authority.
