Responsibilities in your new role as Commercial Property Manager

As the primary contact for clients, you will handle general tenant queries and coordinate the client billing and payment process for your assigned portfolio. Your proactive management of client arrears will be crucial, ensuring that both creditor and debtor accounts are kept in check, alongside staying updated on void payments. You'll manage the tenant database, perform day-to-day property management tasks, and oversee third-party contractor relationships to deliver seamless property oversight. Safety and compliance will be at the forefront as you conduct regular site inspections and manage billing activities, including annual service charges. In addition, you will support the Finance team in resolving Accounts Payable issues and contribute to the review of client reports, ensuring they meet the high standards expected. On your first day, a mentor will be assigned to you, guiding you through a personalised career development plan that includes both on-the-job training and external certification opportunities.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We're looking for a driven individual eager to enhance their knowledge and advance their career in commercial property management. You should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the commercial property sector. You will need to be a true team player as you will support the Property management team across various tasks, demonstrating a keen attention to detail to meet our high accuracy standards.
