The Opportunity You will join a thriving and supportive Commercial Property team, advising a broad range of clients including investors, developers, pension schemes, educational institutions, and charities. The team handles high-quality, varied work across: Responsibilities
Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties Landlord and tenant matters, including new leases, assignments, and renewals Site assembly, estate and development work Investment and secured lending transactions Pension and trust property matters
You will enjoy direct client contact and responsibility from the outset, with the support of experienced colleagues and a clear pathway to progression. About You
Qualified Solicitor (NQ+) with solid experience in commercial property Strong drafting and negotiation skills Confident managing transactions independently or with minimal supervision Excellent client-facing and communication skills A proactive, commercial mindset and genuine enthusiasm for property work
