NQ Commercial Property Solicitor — Leeds City Centre (Hybrid).

Legal 500 Firm. Are you a newly qualified Solicitor looking to kickstart your career in commercial property? A highly successful and well-established commercial property team in central Leeds is looking to add an ambitious NQ Solicitor to their practice.

The role

As part of a supportive and collaborative team, you will gain exposure to a wide range of high-quality commercial property matters, including:

• Development and investment transactions
• Refinancing and secured lending
• Landlord & tenant work
• Supporting senior colleagues on large-scale and complex projects

You’ll work closely with experienced solicitors who will provide guidance and mentoring, ensuring you continue to build strong technical and commercial skills.

About you

• Recently qualified as a Solicitor (or due to qualify shortly) with a seat in commercial property and/or residential property
• Strong technical knowledge and a genuine interest in property law
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
