The role and its responsibilities

We're seeking a dynamic Content Lead to spearhead our content initiatives, driving brand awareness and engagement through compelling storytelling and data-driven optimisation.

Working as part of our go-to-market team, this role is pivotal in shaping our organisation's voice, developing and executing a comprehensive, cross-channel content plan and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful content that resonates with our target audience.

You will be expected to lead this function and proactively communicate your plans and rationale. You will be responsible for the full content lifecycle, from planning and creation to performance analysis and optimisation, while managing supplier relationships and empowering internal teams with engaging content releases.

The exact role definition will be dependent on the desire, capability and experience of the right person.

Location

Ideally you will be within commuting distance of our London office (Waterloo), and present in the office at least twice per week.

Working hours

We believe in flexible working hours to better suit our personal lives while being considerate of each other and our clients. We generally work office hours but trust each other to make fair decisions. We are also open to discussing part-time work arrangements.
