Overview

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority in the South East of England who are looking to hire an interim senior contracts and procurement lawyer for a 6 rolling contract to cover a gap in their team.

The role can be offered on a fully remote basis aside from IT collection on the first day.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate a range of commercial contracts with minimal supervision
• Provide advice on procurement matters across a broad range of categories, including IT
• Assist with drafting funding and service level agreements

Qualifications

• Experience drafting funding and service level agreements
• Familiarity with the 2023 Procurement Act
