Role Overview

The Contracts Manager plays a key role in delivering planned improvement programmes for preventative and cyclical maintenance, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

You'll lead on investment projects from procurement through to completion, overseeing tenders, inspections, and financial settlements, while ensuring all work aligns with CDM regulations. The role also involves leading and supporting project teams, reviewing risk assessments and method statements, and ensuring compliance with required safety and quality standards.

With experience managing complex construction projects, ideally within social housing, and strong technical knowledge, you will ensure high-quality delivery, value for money, and a strong focus on resident safety.
