Responsibilities:

• Handle all incoming phone and email correspondence efficiently.

• Assist with Trustpilot reviews.

Candidate Requirements:

• Clear and professional phone manner.
• Friendly and positive attitude.
• Previous customer service experience, ideally with phone and email communication.
