• Handle all incoming phone and email correspondenceefficiently and effectively.
• Create a personal andrespectful experience for each customer.
• Troubleshoot anycustomer issues regarding orders and assembly guides.
• Keepcustomers informed at every stage of the process.
• Assistwith Trustpilot reviews.

• Clear and professionalphone manner.
• Friendly and positive attitude.
• Previous customer service experience, ideally in both phone and emailcommunication.
