Customer Service Executive - Longfield, Kent

Are you an experienced customer service professional with strong organisational skills and a passion for building lasting client relationships? We’re looking for a Customer Service Executive to join a forward-thinking business in Longfield, Kent. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to play a key part in supporting contracts, customer accounts, and administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, handling queries and orders with professionalism and empathy
  • Act as the main contact for a group of customers, building strong and trusted relationships
  • Support fleet contracts by coordinating with clients, internal teams, and third parties to ensure successful delivery
  • Process orders, customer returns, and special instructions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide admin and technical support, including arranging fittings and preparing quotes or documentation for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records on company systems (CRM/Navision) to ensure data integrity
  • Build product knowledge and stay up to date with market developments to provide the best solutions for customers
  • Proactively resolve challenges, managing customer expectations effectively at every stage

About You:

  • 3+ years’ customer service experience, ideally in a role involving order processing or contract support
  • Business-to-business experience is a must
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence in using systems and processes (CRM/Navision knowledge desirable)
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to stay calm under pressure
