Customer Service Executive - Longfield, Kent
Are you an experienced customer service professional with strong organisational skills and a passion for building lasting client relationships? We’re looking for a Customer Service Executive to join a forward-thinking business in Longfield, Kent. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to play a key part in supporting contracts, customer accounts, and administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, handling queries and orders with professionalism and empathy
- Act as the main contact for a group of customers, building strong and trusted relationships
- Support fleet contracts by coordinating with clients, internal teams, and third parties to ensure successful delivery
- Process orders, customer returns, and special instructions accurately and efficiently
- Provide admin and technical support, including arranging fittings and preparing quotes or documentation for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records on company systems (CRM/Navision) to ensure data integrity
- Build product knowledge and stay up to date with market developments to provide the best solutions for customers
- Proactively resolve challenges, managing customer expectations effectively at every stage
About You:
- 3+ years’ customer service experience, ideally in a role involving order processing or contract support
- Business-to-business experience is a must
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence in using systems and processes (CRM/Navision knowledge desirable)
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to stay calm under pressure
What’s on Offer
- Salary of £30,000 per annum
- Discretionary bonus scheme
- Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
