Overview

Delivery Lead responsible for leading internal delivery teams and supply chain partners to deliver business strategies, outcomes and benefits within regulatory, treasury and financial system programmes/projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and coordination of delivery teams
• Ensure the IT capability required to achieve business priorities is delivered by internal teams and supply chain partners
• Review and agree project delivery plans to support all aspects required to realise defined business outcomes
• Work with key stakeholders and partners to understand and define business needs
• Plan and establish appropriate project governance

Requirements

• Experience leading and delivering a portfolio of multiple multimillion-pound projects
• Experience delivering projects in highly complex and fast-paced environments
• Accountability for all aspects of project delivery including financial management and commercial negotiation
• Experience working in a regulated environment
• Treasury transformation, banking or financial services experience
• Managed teams with multiple suppliers
• Salary up to £74,000 + 25% bonus
• Hybrid – 3 days a week in the office
• Generous pension scheme – up to 12% pension contribution
