We’re looking for somebody to support the Energy One marketing team to drive brand engagement and contribute to business growth objectives. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both remotely and in our Solihull office.About the roleOur Digital Marketing Executive will play an important role within the global Energy One marketing team, which supports Energy One’s business units in the UK, France, Belgium and Australia. The team promotes solutions and brand activity across the Energy One Group. We’re looking for someone who can support the team to deliver, monitor and evaluate campaigns and support with day-to-day marketing activity. We need a motivated marketeer who is passionate and tenacious to join this hard-working team that operates across an exciting global programme. This is a chance to work in a fast-paced environment and get a great deal of exposure to a wide variety of marketing projects. You will also be able to collaborate with other businesses and colleagues within the Energy One Group. We value fresh thinking and innovative approaches, and we expect you to bring both to the role. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused position where you’ll be expected to take ownership of your development—proactively seeking out learning opportunities, challenging yourself, and making the most of the support and resources available.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping, implementing and evaluating digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email and websiteHelping to define campaign goals, timelines and milestonesCreating engaging content for channels such as landing pages, blogs, social media, newsletters and email campaignsCollaborating with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative marketing ideas and strategiesDeveloping and enhancing the company’s branding across digital and print assets, ensuring messaging, creative and timing are consistent across all touchpointsUtilising our CRM to segment data and send regular email campaignsDesigning creative visuals for marketing channels (images, animations and graphics for social media, website and events)Monitoring performance metrics to measure campaign performance, ROI and KPIsAnalysing performance metrics, sharing insights and recommending improvementsSupporting the execution of SEO initiatives to drive traffic and increase conversionsStaying updated on marketing trends and best practicesResearching targeted lists and segments for marketing campaignsResearching and identifying energy industry trends, audience preferences, competitive landscapes and opportunities for marketing effortsBringing creativity and fresh ideas to build brand awareness and engagementQualificationsAt least 2 years’ demonstrable marketing experience in a similar B2B roleExperience executing cross-channel campaigns (digital, events and webinars, email, etc.)Ability to generate creative ideas for digital marketing activityExperience working across multiple products/servicesAbility to work with technical subject matterStrong analytical skills to interpret data and optimise campaigns for maximum performanceProactive problem-solving and meticulous attention to detailExcellent copywriting and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentSelf-motivated with willingness to learn and adaptOrganised and effective at managing projects day to dayAbility to work 3 days a week in the officeJob BenefitsWhy Join Energy One?Enjoy the balance of remote work and a modern office environment in Solihull.Work with a diverse and inclusive team across Europe and Australia, embracing unique perspectives.Take advantage of opportunities to develop your expertise and lead projects that shape the future of energy.Energy One promotes diversity, inclusion and equal opportunity.Apply Now: Ready to shape the future of energy?
