Digital Marketing Manager – Manchester or Leeds (Hybrid, 3 days office / 2 days WFH)

We’re working with a growing insurance business that’s investing heavily in its marketing function. As part of this growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their UK Marketing team.

This is a fantastic chance to join a fun, collaborative team covering the full marketing mix — delivering innovative solutions to UK businesses across a wide range of sectors, including charities, care organisations, IT service providers and media companies.

The role:

You’ll play a key part in shaping and delivering a multi‑channel digital strategy, supporting the Digital Development Manager and collaborating with content, design and events specialists. This role will see you managing digital campaigns end‑to‑end, ensuring activity is on brand, measurable, and optimised for success.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver multi‑channel digital campaigns (website, email, SEO, social – LinkedIn & YouTube)
  • Lead social media campaigns, from brief through to optimisation and reporting
  • Oversee CRM data management and enrichment (HubSpot experience essential)
  • Maintain website CMS and page content updates
  • Provide regular campaign reporting, tracking, and optimisation
  • Ensure consistent brand governance across all digital activities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, partners, and vendors to deliver high‑quality campaigns

What we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years’ digital marketing experience (agency or in‑house)
  • Hands‑on expertise in HubSpot (must‑have)
  • Strong skills across website, email, SEO, PPC, and social channels
  • Experience with campaign reporting and optimisation
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills with sharp attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise, manage multiple projects and perform under pressure
  • A proactive team player with a passion for building strong relationships
