What you’ll do

  • Lead the enhancement of the digital shelf experience across Europe, focusing on consumer engagement and click-through performance.
  • Own the strategy, creation and optimization of digital shelf assets (retailer.com, DTC website, Social Commerce), ensuring brand alignment, fit-for-purpose, and measurable impact.
  • Collaborate with channels: Retailer.com, Direct to Consumer, Social Commerce.
  • Develop Digital Shelf assets such as Carousel Images/Videos, Product Detail Pages, Brand/Category Pages, Banners/Display, CRM, etc.
  • Work with Brand Marketing to ensure assets align with brand strategy, visual identity and creative guidelines.
  • Track performance, report findings and optimize content; conduct weekly A/B testing and translate learnings into actionable formats for rapid best-practice adoption.
  • Develop and optimize content production workflows from creative development through testing and refinement; foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • Manage stakeholder and agency relationships; act as the go-to expert for digital content in the region and guide internal/external teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Essential
  • Min 3 years in similar roles, preferably in Brands, Retailers or eCommerce agencies (Amazon preferred), with experience in Beauty, Personal Care or FMCG industries
  • Proven expertise in optimizing digital shelf content (retailer.com, DTC, social commerce)
  • Strong knowledge of creative development processes and Amazon/retailer.com creative requirements and measures
  • Proficient in Adobe CC (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Animate) or equivalent tools
  • Familiarity with generative AI and content management tools (e.g., Salsify, Brand Bank)
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Self-driven, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Data-driven with a growth-mindset, agile and adaptable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable
  • Additional European language skills (e.g., French, German, Italian, Spanish) is a plus
