Introduction

We are seeking a collaborative eCommerce Designer to lead the enhancement of our digital shelf experience across Europe, focusing on consumer engagement and click-through performance. You will own the strategy, creation and optimization of digital shelf assets (retailer.com, DTC website, Social Commerce), ensuring brand alignment, fit-for-purpose deliverables, and measurable impact.

Channels: Retailer.com, Direct to Consumer, Social Commerce

Digital Shelf: Carousel Images/Videos, Product Detail Page, Brand/Category Page, Banner/Display, CRM, etc.

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with eCommerce Trading/Ads Managers to create a data-led content strategy, regularly refining to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
  • Content Creation (Digital Shelf)
  • Create and/or manage internal/external teams to deliver high quality assets on time, exceeding standards and driving improvements of key metrics (click-through rate, conversion rate, Average Order Value, incremental ROAS & CAC)
  • Work closely with Brand Marketing to ensure assets align with brand strategy, visual identity and creative guidelines
  • Performance Tracking, Reporting & Content Optimisation
  • Conduct weekly A/B testing and optimization, translating learnings into actionable formats shared across teams for rapid best-practice adoption
  • Creative Process Development & Optimisation
  • Establish and optimize content production workflows from creative development through testing and refinement
  • Build aligned and effective processes to accelerate speed-to-market and foster cross-functional collaboration
  • Stakeholder & Agency Management
  • Act as the go-to expert for digital content for the region, educating and aligning stakeholders across Marketing, Sales and external partners
  • Coach and manage internal/external teams and challenge agencies to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years in similar roles, preferably in Brands, Retailers or eCommerce agencies (Amazon preferred), with experience in Beauty, Personal Care or FMCG industries
  • Strong knowledge of creative development processes and Amazon/retailer.com creative requirements and measures
  • Proficient in Adobe CC (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Animate) or equivalent tools
  • Familiarity with generative AI and content management tools (e.g., Salsify, Brand Bank)
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Self-driven, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Data-driven with a growth-mindset, agile and adaptable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Additional European language skills (e.g., French, German, Italian, Spanish) are a plus
