Ecommerce Manager | Manchester City Centre | Online Fashion | Salary up to £45k Basic | 25 Days holiday, Gym

A growing retail group with a diverse portfolio of brands is seeking an experienced eCommerce Manager to lead digital trading and performance across multiple online stores. This role offers a central city location, hybrid working, and a range of benefits. The ideal candidate will be a commercially-minded eCommerce Manager with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the daily trading and performance of all eCommerce websites
  • Delivers against key commercial KPIs including revenue, conversion rate, AOV, and customer experience
  • Owns the trading calendar and seasonal promotional planning
  • Utilises tools such as GA4 and Shopify Analytics to make insight-driven decisions
  • Enhances the onsite journey, focusing on UX, navigation, product presentation, and fulfilment innovations
  • Manages the development and execution of the brand's app strategy
  • Ensures product data, pricing, and availability are accurate and up to date across all sites
  • Collaborates with CRM, marketing, tech, and creative teams to align on content and campaign execution
  • Leads and develops a team of two eCommerce Executives, providing clear direction and support
  • Plays a key role in shaping and executing the long-term eCommerce strategy

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 5 years' working in an eCommerce or online trading role, ideally within retail or consumer products
  • Strong hands-on knowledge with Shopify Plus, including replatforming or site rebuilds
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Klaviyo, Hubspot, or Salesforce
  • Data-literate, commercially focused, and confident with GA4 and Excel
  • ERP experience (e.g. Brightpearl or Netsuite) is desirable but not essential
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop team members
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
  • A strategic and proactive ecommerce manager who thrives under pressure
