National Employee Relations Consultant
Salary: £47,000 (pro rata'd) plus benefits
Hours: Part-time (minimum 20 hours across 4 or 5 days)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert ER advice and support to SME clients across multiple sectors
- Supervise and support less experienced team members, ensuring high-quality output
- Manage a diverse caseload, including sickness, discipline, grievances, redundancies, restructures, TUPE transfers, and more
- Deliver consultancy projects and contribute to sales and marketing strategies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Build and nurture long-lasting professional relationships with clients
Candidate - Skills and Experience Required
- Extensive experience in HR management, ideally across various sectors
- CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent
- Proven track record in managing and developing team members
- Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanour
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a small, supportive team
- Full driving licence and own vehicle for occasional travel
