Overview

Employment Solicitor, 8+ Years PQE, Newcastle upon Tyne, up to c GBP 70,000 (DOE). A new opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor looking for a new challenge in their career. JOB REF:1312.

Responsibilities

• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 8 Years PQE.
• You will be responsible for a varied employment caseload including drafting contracts and policies, settlement agreements, corporate support and tribunals including unfair dismissals and discrimination claims.
• You will be joining a friendly and supportive team that offer employment and HR services to both employers and employees.
• You will supervise and mentor more junior members of the team.
• Commercially astute, with the ability to deliver clear, pragmatic advice.
• Excellent advocacy, drafting, and client relationship skills.
• A proactive and collaborative team player, with an eye for business development.
• Hybrid working options.
