Overview

Engineering Manager role at Zopa Bank. You will manage a team of engineers building the platforms and systems that power our products, focus on people development, and drive delivery excellence across the SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of engineers, fostering growth and progression.
• Collaborate with Product and other stakeholders for strategic planning and capacity planning.
• Ensure engagement and high performance within the team.
• Drive quality across all stages of the SDLC and partner with Delivery to champion Agile ways of working.
• Build and maintain production systems and platforms that power customer products.

Team and Work Arrangements

We are growing across several product-engineering tribes. You may join teams such as Current Account, Product Enablement, or Operation Efficiency, with the aim of maximizing impact across Zopa products and engineering.

The role is hybrid; you will be in our London Bridge office to come in a minimum of 2 days per week, with options for flexible working arrangements including up to 120 days abroad per year.
