We are building a high-performing sales team for a fast-growing Conversational AI platform and are looking for a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across our largest, most complex customers. The business is at an exciting inflection point, moving upmarket and expanding into enterprise accounts, offering sellers the opportunity to close high-value deals and shape the future of AI-driven customer experiences.

The Role

As a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive, you will own 15-20 strategic accounts, partnering with key stakeholders to understand business challenges, influence communication strategies, and articulate the value of our AI platform. This is a high-autonomy, hunter-focused role where you will build and close a self-sourced pipeline and navigate complex sales cycles from developers to C-level executives.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline targeting enterprise accounts
  • Develop deep relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders
  • Articulate the value of AI solutions to technical and business leaders, demonstrating ROI
  • Navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Leverage your network and expertise to drive new business within your targeted accounts
  • Collaborate with product and leadership teams to influence strategy and product direction
  • Achieve a quota of $1.2M, with a 3-month non-recoverable draw while ramping
  • Contribute to the growth and success of a fast-paced, innovative organisation

Requirements

  • Proven track record in closing multi-million-dollar deals (>$10M ACV)
  • History of quota attainment and recognition such as President’s Club
  • Experience selling AI or technology solutions to enterprise clients, ideally in retail
  • Startup or scale-up experience
  • Mastery of a structured sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC)
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with C-level executives
  • Strong hunter mentality - 80% self-sourced pipeline expected
  • Professional LinkedIn presence (>1k followers) and alignment with company values
  • Experience selling into major retailers or large enterprise organisations
  • Big tech or high-growth scale-up background
