What you’ll do

Having proven product market fit, we are looking for a mission-driven, top performing, strategic enterprise seller to join our commercial function. This key position on our EMEA team will help us scale our presence in Europe, driving market penetration and presence in the region. You will increase Sylvera\'s revenue by helping our customers solve fundamental challenges.

  • Be Sylvera’s go-to person for several European markets: Build and own the territory across large existing and prospective enterprise customers
  • Become a technical expert and point of reference for our customers and prospects in the market
  • Generate net-new commercial sales opportunities and close new business
  • Develop and execute outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close
  • Establish and grow relationships with multiple stakeholders within our prospects to drive opportunities to close
  • Ownership of revenue generation strategy in assigned accounts, including development and execution of strategic account plans
  • Provide quality feedback from prospects to our product team

We’re looking for someone who

  • Has 8+ years of experience, including in enterprise selling as a top performer
  • Has previously sold to several European markets and brings an existing network
  • Can travel for client visits and attend relevant events on a regular basis
  • Self-starter mindset, ideally with early-stage experience
  • Highly curious about helping solve customer problems
  • Has a structured, yet creative approach to selling and pipeline generation
  • Can generate and qualify opportunities from scratch by themselves
  • Able to build strong champions and navigate complex org structures
  • Is comfortable with ambiguity and confident in exercising good judgement
  • Has a hunger to learn, be coached and become a world-class salesperson
  • Cares deeply about the climate and ecosystems of the earth

Location

London, Old Street. We foster hybrid working and require you to physically attend all 1-2-1, retros and divisional meetings in person.
