Key responsibilities

  • Provide full EA support to the Managing Director, Head of Climate, Diversity and Advisory, plus two Directors
  • Complex diary, inbox, travel, and expenses management
  • Coordinate meetings and calls across multiple time zones, prioritising and rescheduling as needed
  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Support team events, onboarding of new starters, and ownership of team’s internal communications page
  • Liaise closely with leadership and business support teams, ensuring smooth coordination and effective follow-up
  • Oversee aspects of budget management and reporting within the team

Qualifications

  • Strong Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced environments
  • Advanced diary and inbox management skills
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex, international travel and visas
  • High level of confidentiality, discretion, and judgement
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Concur desirable)
  • Confident, proactive, and adaptable team player with resilience under pressure
  • Cultural sensitivity and motivation for the organisation’s mission and values
