CMA Recruitment Group is currently partnering with a well-established group based in Poole, Dorset, who are looking to hire a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis. This is a broad role where the successful candidate will have good opportunity to add value to the wider business.

Responsibilities

• Regular management reporting with detailed commentary and analysis
• Weekly group cash flow reporting
• Support with quarterly budgeting & forecasting exercises
• Identify & highlight development opportunities within the business
• Ad hoc project based reporting when required
• Daily management of one transactional finance professional

Suitable Candidate

• An ACCA / CIMA or equivalent qualification is beneficial but not essential to be considered for this role
• Previous experience in a similar role is required
• Some commercial acumen and business partnering experience is desirable
• Strong Excel and systems skills
