Base pay range

Our client is seeking an ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified UK Financial Controller to lead the finance function for two UK entities (real estate and financial services). This standalone role offers exposure to Financial Control, M&A, tax, and strategic planning, reporting directly to the Group CFO.

The group operates globally across financial services and property investment. With over 1,000 employees and significant assets under management, it combines entrepreneurial agility with long-term growth.

Description

• Lead financial control, reporting, budgeting, and compliance
• Support M&A structuring, investment analysis, and strategic planning
• Manage tax, statutory filings, payroll, and regulatory compliance
• Liaise with auditors, advisors, and property agents
• Provide financial insight to senior leadership and prepare board materials

Profile

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with 5+ years' PQE
• Strong technical accounting skills and hands-on approach
• Experience in real estate or financial services preferred
• Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Candidates from Big Four or Real Estate background highly desirable

Job Offer

• Competitive base salary range of £95,000 to £115,000 per annum depending on experience
