Financial Controller / Finance Manager / Plant Controller required for a Global Manufacturer near Bradford.

The successful Financial Controller / Finance Manager / Plant Controller will come from a manufacturing background and will work closely with the Plant Manager and operational teams, providing financial insight, managing risk and supporting strategic decision making. The Financial Controller position will cover two European Production sites although travel will be minimal.

This is predominantly a site-based role in Bradford, there is the opportunity to work one day from home post successful probation completion.

Financial Controller / Finance Manager / Plant Controller Package:

• £50,000-£55,000 Dependent on Experience

Financial Controller / Finance Manager/ Plant Controller Responsibilities:

• Partner with the operations team to monitor and manage plant financial and operational risks
• Delivering financial analysis and monthly reporting
• Reviewing variances, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions
• Leading budgeting and forecasting cycles aligned with business objectives
• Overseeing costing and inventory control processes
• Managing internal financial statements, capital acquisition planning and fixed asset management
• Collaborating with group finance, controlling, and supply teams on reporting and compliance

Plant Controller / Finance Manager / Plant Controller Requirements:

• A Master's degree or full CIMA / ACCA / ATA Qualification
• Proven experience within a Manufacturing environment
• Background in product costing, inventory control, and ERP systems (SAP Preferred)
