What You’ll Be Doing:

• Strategic financial leadership alongside the MD
• Budgeting, forecasting, and insightful reporting
• Operational finance: cashflow, VAT, payroll, reconciliations
• Commercial partnering to drive profitability
• Leading and developing a high-performing finance team

What You’ll Bring:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification
• Proven experience in manufacturing (stock costing essential)
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen
• Advanced Excel and systems knowledge
• Detail-driven, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset
