Joining us as an FP&A Analyst

This role centres on financial modelling and planning supported by the Senior Finance Business Partner. Your responsibilities will include the preparation and analysis of consolidated results for board reporting and budget packs. You’ll provide business partnering support to stakeholders across the business to manage headcount, staff costs and corporate spend. You will also support cashflow modelling initiatives and, have involvement in M&A activities.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to manage headcount, staff costs and divisional spend, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
  • Prepare and analyse consolidated results for board reporting and budget packs, showcasing your financial insights and expertise
  • Work closely with other Finance colleagues to consolidate forecasts into a single set of results, ensuring variances are understood and outputs are communicated appropriately
  • Support cashflow modelling initiatives and monitoring of key KPIs, helping the business stay on track financially
  • Produce financial models and be responsible for tracking the performance of all M&A activities, contributing to strategic decision making

Requirements

  • Exceptional Excel modelling skills to build robust and scalable spreadsheets, making data work for you
  • Excellent influencing skills to manage relationships at all levels, ensuring smooth collaboration and communication
  • A critical eye for detail to quickly identify key issues and provide high quality financial insights beyond standard reporting
  • The ability to juggle conflicting priorities, manage expectations and thrive in a fast paced, ever changing environment
  • A qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA), ready to bring your financial insights to the table
