What You’ll Do

• Analyse Performance – Monitor financial KPIs, variances, and trends, delivering clear reporting and commentary.
• Build Budgets & Forecasts – Assist in preparing annual budgets and rolling forecasts, supporting scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
• Develop Models – Build and maintain financial models that underpin business cases and strategic initiatives.
• Deliver Reporting – Contribute to monthly management reporting cycles, including P&L analysis, cost centre reviews, and executive summaries.
• Partner with the Business – Work with cross-functional teams to understand financial drivers and provide actionable insights.
• Improve Processes – Support the enhancement of FP&A processes, reporting tools, and dashboards.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Excel and data manipulation skills; experience with financial modelling and reporting tools.
• Part-qualified or degree-level finance qualification; 0–3 years’ experience in finance roles.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• A team player with the willingness to learn and grow.
