Secure Trust Bank Group is looking for an FP&A Manager to lead the reporting of monthly financial results and forecasts to our Board and Executive Committee. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our Group Finance function, offering exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to shape the financial narrative of a growing specialist bank.

Responsibilities

  • Own the monthly Group FP&A reporting process, delivering clear, insightful analysis to the Board and ExCo.
  • Lead the Group's budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and efficient resource allocation.
  • Provide deep analysis of financial performance across key metrics (e.g., Net Interest Margin, Cost:Income Ratio), identifying trends and driving action.
  • Oversee the rolling monthly PBT and capital forecast process.
  • Collaborate with BI/MI teams to build a transparent and accessible Finance library.
  • Maintain strong controls over the accuracy of Group results and reporting.

Qualifications

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, with at least 3 years post-qualification experience.
  • Financial services experience, ideally within banking.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to link financial performance to business drivers.
  • Advanced Excel skills; TM1, Power BI or SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance analytical rigour with pragmatism under pressure.
