Freelance Project Manager – 4 Month Contract — Hybrid 1 day / week in Leeds

We’re partnering with a leading global player in the iGaming industry to find an experienced Freelance Project Manager to support the delivery of a range of creative and impactful digital and marketing initiatives / campaigns. This is a client-side role working with a large internal Creative and Production department and ideal for someone with a strong background in managing fast-paced, multi-channel / integrated projects including digital campaigns and social.

You’ll be working closely with internal stakeholders across marketing / brand, creative, design, production, and ensuring projects are scoped, planned, resourced, and delivered on time to a high standard. You’ll need to be commercially minded, delivery-focused, and confident juggling multiple workstreams for varied creative projects.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end to end project delivery for a range of creative advertising / marketing geared projects
• Work with internal stakeholders to define project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource needs
• Build and maintain project plans, manage risks, and drive delivery against deadlines
• Act as a key liaison between cross functional teams across multiple creative and production skillsets
• Ensure effective communication and regular status updates on multiple projects running concurrently
• Oversee the production process for campaign assets, from briefing through to final approvals

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in fast-paced environments (whether from a Creative Agency or in house Creative Department)
• Solid understanding of creative and production workflow / processes (creative ideation / development and digital campaign output including display advertising, content, email marketing etc.)
• Strong stakeholder management skills – confident, articulate, and collaborative
• Experience working across multiple projects at different stages simultaneously
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to hit the ground running and thrive in a high performance culture
• Comfortable working in an agile, delivery-led environment

Nice to Have

• Previous experience working within the iGaming, online betting / poker / entertainment sectors
