Responsibilities

  • Support the GIS Manager and Senior Team Leader as one of two technical leads for the team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the Environment Agency (EA), DEFRA and external partners to evolve our Geospatial Services.
  • Coordinate delivery with service leads to ensure a joined-up, modern suite of corporate geospatial services.
  • Deliver and support tools used for geospatial work including Easimap, in-house GIS view and query tool, ArcGIS Pro, EAMaps (ArcGIS Enterprise), and manage access to ArcGIS Online (AGOL).

Experience / Skills

  • Experience of delivering Enterprise Geospatial Services.
  • Evidence of ability to set strategic direction and coordinate tactical delivery.
  • Ability to work with a wide range of customers and partners.
  • Experience of working with ESRI products.
