If so, our client - a leading SME UK-based manufacturer of specialist technical products, is seeking an experienced Sales Director to take ownership of its commercial strategy and lead a high-performing sales function globally and shape the next phase of strategic expansion.

Responsibilities
- Lead a diverse team across internal sales, technical engagement, logistics, and business development.
- Define and execute global sales strategy—60% of turnover comes from international markets across 100+ countries.
- Manage a range of project sizes in a consultative, solution-oriented sales environment.
- Work in partnership with a lean, entrepreneurial leadership team, contributing to wider business strategy.
- Have some previous experience in product and solutions sales covering engineering application.

- Proven experience in global sales leadership and strategy development.
