About the Company
Our client is a boutique consultancy at the intersection of people and technology, specialising in training, research, and change management. They help organisations navigate transformation by equipping their people with the skills and insights needed to adapt and thrive. They do this through a bespoke range of training & development, consultancy and research solutions that help bring pace to change. As part of their growth they are looking for an ambitious Graduate Associate Consultant to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on consulting experience, working on high-impact client projects while also helping them drive internal innovation. This will start as a 6 month internship with the potential to go permanent at the end of the internship period. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office (near Bank station). This role will be 4 days a week paying £20K - £25K pro rata.
About you
This is a broad-based consulting role, ideal for someone who is eager to learn, adaptable, and enjoys solving complex problems. We’re looking for graduates who are:
- Analytical Thinkers – Strong problem-solving skills with advanced Excel skills, and a willingness to work with AI tools. Able to understand large data sets and work with relevant tools to spot trends.
- Organised Project Coordinators – Ability to track and manage projects efficiently.
- Creative Communicators – Excellent written and visual presentation skills (PowerPoint, Canva).
- Tech-Savvy & Curious – Interest in AI, digital transformation, and new technologies. Able to make suggestions about available AI tools to help automate how the team works.
- Collaborative & Proactive Individuals – Team players who take initiative and seek responsibility.
- Growth mindset – someone who is looking to grow with the company and is excited about playing a key role in our development.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination & Delivery: Work with our Head of Operations and support team in the project coordination of the key large-scale training and consulting projects. Assist in developing project plans, tracking milestones, and ensuring smooth execution. Help manage communications with clients and stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress. Support the creation of reports and presentations summarizing project outcomes. Be involved in project logistics, including venue booking, printing and working with 3rd parties throughout the project lifecycle.
- Data Analysis & Research: Working closely with the research team on client projects supporting the analysis of large datasets to extract insights. Use Excel and other AI/data tools to organise, interpret, and visualise data. Summarise key findings in client-ready reports and presentations. Conduct industry research to support consulting engagements.
- Internal process refinement and AI Integration: Lead internal projects focused on AI integration and process automation. Research and test AI-powered tools to enhance our consulting services. Develop new product ideas that help our clients use our services more efficiently. Work closely with leadership to explore innovative solutions for training and change management.
- Business & Process Analysis: Support consulting projects with business, process, and operational analysis. Map out current processes, identify inefficiencies, and suggest improvements. Work directly with clients to document business needs and propose solutions. Assist in the development of transformation strategies for clients.
- Presentation & Client Communication: Design and prepare high-quality presentations for client projects, proposals, and internal strategy sessions. Use PowerPoint and Canva to create visually engaging materials. Help craft compelling client reports and insights. Contribute to workshops and client meetings as part of the consulting team.
- Strategic Growth & Internal Projects: Work directly with the leadership team to execute strategic initiatives, particularly around AI and digital transformation. Contribute to the development of Accelerator Solutions’ internal systems, tools, and consulting frameworks. Support business development efforts, including client proposals and market research. Take an active role in shaping company culture and growth.
