About The Team

As part of the Asset Management Transformation team, you’ll work alongside experienced project managers, asset managers and business analysts to help major infrastructure clients improve how they manage their assets. You’ll be embedded within client organisations, gaining hands-on experience and applying engineering knowledge to understand asset performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the delivery of strategic change. Our work spans sectors such as highways, rail, aviation and energy, with plans to expand into new and emerging areas.

You’ll contribute to services including strategic alignment, value-based investment planning, smart inspection technologies and predictive asset intelligence. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals to analyse data, develop practical solutions, and support the delivery of asset management strategies that improve performance and reduce costs. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn from industry experts, contribute to real projects, and grow your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work alongside the team to:

  • Apply ISO 55001 best practices to support structured, effective asset management and help clients improve performance, manage risk and align with industry standards.
  • Use asset data to help clients better understand and manage their portfolios, building stronger relationships and unlocking more value.
  • Support innovation by developing new ideas and services that meet changing market needs.
  • Contribute to asset management strategies and transformation programmes that deliver real results for large organisations.
  • Design systems and processes that show the full cost of assets over time, helping teams put asset management plans into action.
  • Work with experts to explore client challenges and identify ways to improve asset performance.
  • Create smart, data-led solutions to enhance how assets are managed.
  • Turn complex data into clear reports that support decision-making, financial goals and risk planning.
  • Explore technologies such as digital twins, smart inspection tools and predictive maintenance solutions.
