The Sales and Management Graduate Role

You will start your career with us as an Indoor Sales Support Consultant, where you will be responsible for generating sales opportunities for our field sales colleagues via inbound and outbound calls.

The graduate scheme will follow the format below:

Weeks 1-6: Initial Training

You will attend our World Class Sales Academy while shadowing operational and sales staff. Here you will service our customers in a specific geographical area, support in servicing various washroom products, and assist with removing hazardous and toxic waste. Training will cover multiple areas of the business.

Weeks 6-52

In addition to your role as an Indoor Sales Consultant, you will gain exposure to various sales-based roles across the business to build a broad understanding of customer needs and product knowledge. You will also have the opportunity to complete our Intro to Sales Development Programme.

12+ months

After gaining broad experience, you will decide which area you want to specialise in. You will participate in local projects and complete the Leadership Development Programme. Possible progression during this period includes: Field Account Manager; Service Team Leader; Indoor Sales/Customer Relations Team Leader; Regional Account Manager.

24+ Months: After two years, you may progress to senior positions such as Sales Team Leader, Key Account Manager, Branch Manager, or roles in Area Central Support. A structured career progression plan helps you prepare for the next steps.

Requirements

Sales and Management Graduate Requirements:

  • A minimum 2.2 degree in BSc/BA (Business related, transport, logistics, supply chain or management disciplines preferred but not necessary)
  • A full UK driving licence or be working towards this
  • Target-driven, ambitious and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working out in the field dealing with customers face-to-face
  • Willingness to work with people and provide excellent customer service
  • A desire to work hard and have fun
