The Role

  • Produce timely and accurate monthly management accounts
  • Support the preparation of statutory accounts, year-end audits, and regulatory compliance reporting
  • Develop and deliver monthly board reports, including key performance indicators, trend analysis, and executive summaries for senior leadership and investors
  • Contribute to the annual budgeting process and assist with rolling forecasts across the group
  • Maintain and improve cash flow forecasting models to inform strategic planning and decision-making
  • Play a key role in high-impact initiatives such as system upgrades, mergers and acquisitions integration, and process optimisation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, commercial, and strategy teams to drive financial insight and business performance

The Person

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Commercially astute
  • Advanced Excel and experience with financial systems
  • Proactive, hands-on and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders
