We focus on tangible outcomes for our clients, bringing the best of Oracle together. 📍 Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote); Locations: Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, Marlow🕓 Permanent | Competitive salary + great benefits Oracle HCM Functional Lead We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Lead to oversee the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle HCM modules, strong business acumen in HR processes, and the ability to lead functional teams and drive project success. You will also have a responsibility to grow the practice and run pre‑sales engagement as we build our capability in this area, with a commercial mentality. Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end implementation and enhancement of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, Absence Management, etc.). Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and design solutions that align with organizational goals. Develop and document functional specifications, configuration documents, test plans, and training materials. Configure Oracle HCM modules based on business needs and best practices. Manage functional testing, UAT, and production deployment activities. Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and customizations. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and provide ongoing post‑implementation support and optimization. Train HR users and support change management initiatives. Stay current with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and provide recommendations on new features.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field; Master’s preferred. 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM with at least 2 full‑cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations. Strong understanding of HR business processes and compliance requirements. Experience with Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Talent Management, and Compensation. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with Oracle HCM Analytics, Journeys, or Oracle Digital Assistant. Prior consulting or cross‑industry experience. Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
