At Digital Voices, we drive growth for brands through global Influencer Marketing campaigns. We are looking for a talented, accountable and motivated Head of Analytics to join our tech team and lead our analytics strategy within the Influencer Marketing industry.

Salary: £80k - £90k, plus 15% profit share bonus (depending on experience)
Digital Nomad Working Policy: Up to 10 weeks a year

As Head of Analytics you will be reporting to and working very closely with our CTO on these measurement projects and have the opportunity to make a lasting impact across the agency.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and collaborate with the analytics team to deliver data and measurement applications for internal and external data consumers
- Build a rapport with our strategy team and clients to consult, manage and execute analytics and marketing measurement projects
- Plan, validate and implement measurement standards and tracking using analytics, tag management (e.g. Google Tag Manager, dataLayer, server-side) and consent management systems (e.g. OneTrust, Cookiebot)
- Utilize Google Cloud Platform and adjacent analytics connectors, APIs and platforms
- Develop and manage data pipelines between key data sources using GCP resources (e.g., Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, Cloud SQL)
- Manage and maintain data applications using technologies such as Python, SQL, JavaScript, Django, Docker/Kubernetes
- Produce client reports (Looker Studio, BigQuery) and implementation guides
- Maintain documentation, code and processes; collaborate with stakeholders and practitioners across the organization
- Engage in knowledge-sharing, ideation and presentation of best practices to guide analytics strategy
About You
You have demonstrable and solid experience as a Lead Analytics Architect or Head of Analytics, working with various analytics and tracking technologies (e.g., Meta, TikTok, YouTube via Google Ads, Affiliates, Amazon, Mobile Marketing Platforms) and Google Cloud Platform. You have consulted on, scoped, developed, validated and implemented complex analytics and data applications and pipelines on GCP for clients and for businesses at a senior level in a UK-based digital marketing agency. You understand the data deeply and are up to speed with critical social media and digital marketing metrics and business objectives. You have hands-on and advanced experience with Python, SQL and JavaScript, and are an expert in integrating data from sources such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe, Amazon, etc., producing meaningful, insightful campaign reports using Looker Studio and BigQuery. You have experience with Django or similar frameworks, and with Docker or Kubernetes. You are a strong communicator, comfortable explaining complex analytics concepts to clients and team members. You are commercially driven, with a clear understanding of agency and client objectives.
You must have:
- Previous experience as a Lead Analytics Architect, Head of Analytics, or Senior Implementation Specialist in a UK-based digital agency with a team of analytics practitioners
- Strong, demonstrable capabilities in SQL, Python and JavaScript (minimum 4 years)
- Expert implementation knowledge in analytics and tracking technologies (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Affiliates, Amazon, Mobile Marketing Platforms); tag management (Google Tag Manager, dataLayer, server-side) and consent management systems (OneTrust, Cookiebot)
- Demonstrable knowledge in developing data pipelines within GCP
- Advanced knowledge of creating reports using BigQuery and Looker Studio
- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and client-side developers, practitioners and non-practitioners
- Proactive, collaborative and able to engage with all internal teams to integrate analytics into campaign planning
- Authoritative and influential in discussions with clients and internal stakeholders to prioritise measurement, data and performance
- Client-facing and commercially aware with a focus on using data to drive business goals
- Benchmark-driven with an insight-led mindset to uncover meaningful insights from campaign data
- Business-focused communicator providing clear, actionable updates on performance trends and strategic implications
- Opportunity seeker who drives improvements in data literacy, tools, processes and innovation
- Advocate for data and iterative improvement, open to learning and testing new ideas
Additionally, it would be very beneficial if you have:
- University degree (ideally Master’s level)
- Valid Analytics and Tag Management certifications
- Valid GCP certification or deep knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (minimum 4 years)
- Relevant analytics projects on GitHub (implementation and analysis)
