Head of Development

This key role is responsible for building on the strong foundations that have been put down in the last six years around regular and low to mid-level giving at St Paul’s. Desire is to move to the next level as we complete the final year of our £8.5million Shaping Our Future: Next Steps campaign and start to look towards the future. This post works across the whole of the St Paul’s School community - Old Paulines, parents of current and/or former pupils, and staff. The post-holder will lead on engaging with these groups in a proactive and motivating way.

Details

• Contract: One year, fixed term contract, commencing mid/end January 2025
• Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday; normally 9.00am to 5.00pm, including one hour for breaks. Flexibility is required on occasions due to the nature of the post.
