We are on the hunt for a tech-savvy trailblazer who’s not just fluent in code, but fluent in people. Someone who can lead with heart, think strategically, and isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo.

How will you make an impact?
- Define and drive the technology landscape and platform architecture to ensure they align with the wider business longer term OKRs.
- Champion best practices in software engineering, including code quality, testing, and documentation.
- Lead the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
- Work closely with Head of Product and Head of Data to ensure alignment between development output and business requirements.
- Drive the evolution and innovation of cutting-edge technologies to share future ready solutions to maintain a competitive edge.
- Build high performing and cross functional development teams. Empowering them with the inspiration to build what’s next.
How will you experience success with us
- Proven experience in a senior technical leadership role, ideally as Head of Development or similar with strong experience of technical design and delivery methodologies and best practices.
- Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Passionate about building and developing high performing technical teams and drive a culture of innovation.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- You are curious at exploring new technology tools and practices that enable businesses to accelerate and advance technology evolution.
- Hands on innovator and entrepreneurial drive who thrives on driving innovation, spearheading development enhancement and inspiring and empowering team with the inspiration to build what’s next.

Interview Process
Intro Call with Talent Team: An introductory call with our in-house talent team to learn more about your skills and experience in more detail.
1st Stage: Interview with our Chief Information Officer to learn more about your skills, experience, and motivation for the role at Watchfinder. If successful after this stage, you will be sent a brief to prepare for the next stage.
2nd Stage: Present the brief that you were provided before your interview to our CIO, CPO, Head of Product and HR Business Partner for Technology.
Final Stage: Meet with CEO and Global HR Director
