Want to help one of the UK's leading web services companies in rolling out a new product, whilst driving engineering standards and leading highly technical engineers? Coming from a technical leadership and managerial background, you excel at getting the most of your team and providing strategic value – your skills would no doubt greatly lend themselves to helping a big player within UK web services expand their offering whilst driving technical excellence across all layers of TCP/IP!

You'll be able to work with some of the UK's most technically proficient engineers in order to provide services which have a scope of millions of people.

Desirable Experience

• Expert understanding of various infrastructure protocols, architecture, and security (think high frequency, high availability, and high security environments)
• Exposure to Infrastructure as a Service
• Strong experience with distributed systems and cloud (AWS ideally)
• Programming experience with an OOP language (Java, Python, C, C++, C# etc.)
• Coaching, leading, and managing of engineers
• Telco experience would be a huge plus!

Important Details

• Up to £120,000 + 20% bonus
• Hybrid working – 1 day per week in Central London office
• Flexible working hours
• 3-4 stage interview process.
