Overall Purpose

As Head of Hospitality Services, you’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering outstanding hospitality across our Group. You’ll lead the development and implementation of innovative strategies that elevate dining, housekeeping, and service standards—ensuring every resident feels valued, respected, and at home.

Scope of the Role

  • Champion a growth-mindset approach to hospitality, positioning MMCG as a market leader in care and service excellence.
  • Establish systems and operations that drive occupancy and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand challenges, influence future initiatives, and tailor services to local needs.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards while delivering exceptional resident experiences.

Key Accountabilities

  • Set and evolve Group-wide hospitality, dining, and housekeeping standards.
  • Embed systems that empower teams to meet expectations and budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to challenge norms and drive innovation.
  • Build external partnerships to stay ahead of sector trends.
  • Lead training initiatives with our L&D team to upskill hospitality colleagues.
  • Support home managers in performance management of hospitality teams.
  • Ensure homes meet CQC and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and develop a team of Executive Chefs and Hospitality Service Managers.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Proven leadership in hospitality across diverse industries.
  • Strategic planning and budget management expertise.
  • Track record of driving operational excellence and change.
  • Deep knowledge of hospitality practices and coaching ability.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Experience delivering consistency across multi-site operations
